Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate calendar management for executives and schedule meetings as necessary.
- Maintain vendor, client relationships and manage contracts to ensure quality service delivery.
- Implement organizational systems to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or management in a timely manner.
- Truck and manage account receivables and account payable
- Understand the CRM System, and work with it
- Keep track of all the receipts and attribute them to the jobs.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager/ Bookkeeper or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Monday.com or similar accounting software for budgeting purposes.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in team management and supervising staff is preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and vendor management practices is advantageous.
- Ability to develop training programs that foster employee growth and development.
