Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and selling our wide range of products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for business development, helping to drive our sales initiatives through outbound and warm calling strategies. This position starts with a base salary of 35K plus benefits after 90 days. The average Inside Sales Representative averages around 100K-200K a year.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up with leads generated from marketing efforts.
- Communicate effectively with clients to answer their questions and help them choose the right product for their purchase.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market approaches and business development opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of interactions with clients in our CRM software, Salesforce.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
- Light traveling schedule to one of our 100 plus locations throughout the United States.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
- Familiarity with software tools used for customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tracking.
- Ability to conduct effective outbound calling campaigns while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience in business development or market research is a plus.
- A self-starter who is motivated by achieving targets and contributing to team success.
