Full Time Executive and Personal Assistant
Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive leadership team. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to handle confidential information. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in an extremely fast-paced environment, ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the executive team run smoothly.
- Experience as an executive assistant or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and surgeons and patients schedules.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
- Handle confidential information and maintain discretion in all tasks.
- Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as a liaison between executives, staff, clients.
- Assist with the preparation of materials for board meetings and other key events.
- Track and manage executive tasks, deadlines, and projects.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands for executives, as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
