Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates Expressive Arts Therapy
Develops and facilitates individual and group sessions using expressive arts as a therapeutic modality to support healing and personal growth. - Accurate and Timely Documentation
Ensures timely, complete, and accurate documentation of services provided, consistent with professional standards and facility procedures. - Collaborative Treatment
Works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic care for individuals served. - Effective Time Management
Manages time effectively, ensuring the completion of assigned support services and department tasks in a timely manner. - Compliant with Standards
Adheres to departmental requirements and professional standards in all aspects of service delivery and documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in expressive arts from an accredited college or university.
- Preferred: Master’s degree.
Experience:
- Preferred: Two (2) years’ experience utilizing expressive arts/music as a therapeutic modality.
