Job Description
The Ivanti ITSM Administrator is responsible for managing and configuring the Ivanti Neurons for ITSM platform, including tasks like setting up workflows, defining security structures, managing user access, customizing forms and reports, integrating with other systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of the service management system, all while adhering to ITIL best practices and business requirements; essentially acting as the technical expert for the Ivanti ITSM platform within ABS.
Qualifications
- This position requires a strong analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills, as well as proficiency in various technical areas including SQL, ETL processes, and API interactions

- Experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM
