What are the responsibilities and job description for the Biz Ops & Strategy position at Recruiting From Scratch?
This role is designed to help support our client's portfolio's most rapidly growing companies. Primary responsibilities include:

Air Traffic Comms: streamline and bring process to communication channels between portfolio companies and the firm. Example: standardize hiring needs, intro requests, company updates and pitches. This is a high volume, high transaction part of the job. Outcome: monthly metrics, standardized reporting, speed.

New Company Onboarding: A great deal of this job is to onboard recent investments and help founders understand resources available to them. Example: logging and posting their hiring needs, or introduction requests. Outcome: turning a manual process into an semi-automated process using off-the-shelf enterprise software like Affinity.

Event and Media: The balance of the role requires some socializing and extrovert tasks, like attending and helping to host founder dinners, company events and product launches. Example: posting events on LInkedin, helping to collect compelling stories or anecdotes about our founders. Outcome: become a Linkedin node for cool new companies, products or super star players hired.

Salary : $90,000 - $175,000
