Deployment Strategist

A fast-growing AI-driven company is seeking Deployment Strategists to join their team in San Francisco. This role is pivotal in defining how the company collaborates with customers, understands their pain points, and delivers innovative solutions leveraging artificial intelligence. Ideal candidates will have a blend of entrepreneurial drive, technical expertise, customer-focused mindset, and a passion for solving large-scale problems with cutting-edge AI technology.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Act as the bridge between customers and the engineering team to ensure products and features align with customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with customers to deploy solutions and optimize workflows, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development of scalable AI-driven solutions by providing feedback to engineering and product teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in relevant positions (e.g., founder, go-to-market strategist, finance/consulting professional, deployed engineer, engagement manager, or similar roles).
• Technical background with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
• Proven markers of excellence, such as experience with top-tier institutions or organizations, rapid career progression, academic awards, or notable achievements.
• Undergraduate degree from a top 20 university.
• Experience in client-facing roles, or exceptional customer engagement skills in lieu of direct experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco, 5 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a founder or member of a founding team.
• Demonstrated passion for applying AI to solve complex, real-world problems.
