What You'll Do
- Architect and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy, combining both inbound and outbound approaches
- Own and optimize multiple marketing channels including paid search, social media, email campaigns, and ABM initiatives
- Drive data-informed decisions by managing key performance metrics aligned with revenue goals
- Build and refine the marketing technology stack to ensure scalability
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate and nurture high-quality leads
- Work directly with the founding team to shape and execute go-to-market strategy
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3 years of B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations experience
- Proven track record scaling demand generation efforts at seed to Series B companies
- Demonstrated success managing multiple marketing channels (paid search, content, SEO, outbound campaigns)
- Experience working with API-first companies and understanding of the technical B2B landscape
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience at notable API-first companies
- Track record of successful ABM campaign execution
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Event marketing and conference strategy experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $125,000 - $175,000
- Equity: 0.10% - 0.25%
