What You Will Do
- Drive Partnership Growth: Lead consultative partnership processes with payment facilitators, processors, and gateways to accelerate time to revenue
- Develop Strategic Relationships: Build and nurture connections with key stakeholders across partner organizations
- Deliver Channel Success: Leverage your understanding of channel partnerships to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Lead Cross-functional Initiatives: Coordinate efforts across product development, marketing, sales, and customer support teams
- Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and optimize partnership strategies based on data-driven insights
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Monitor industry developments and identify new opportunities in the fintech space
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management within fintech
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quota in previous roles
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive partnerships and revenue
- Understanding of payment processing infrastructure and fintech ecosystem
- Track record of building successful relationships with enterprise clients
- Experience at early-stage startups and comfort with fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ACH payments, risk management, or payment data solutions
- Background at notable fintech companies (like Stripe, Square, Plaid)
- History of successfully launching and scaling new partnership programs
- Understanding of both technical integration processes and business development
- Experience in both traditional sales and partnership development roles
Compensation & Benefits
