General Summary
The Brigham and Womens Hospital (BWH) Neuroscience multidisciplinary clinic, located in the Hale Building for Transformative Medicine, is home to Neurology, Neurosurgery, Psychiatry, Orthopedics, Radiology, and a large research footprint. The Neurosciences Clinic encompasses Neurosurgery, Neurology, Psychiatry, and Pain Medicine, handling over 65,000 annual visits, both in-person and virtual.
The Practice Manager oversees clinical operations, human resources, budget management, and process flow, ensuring quality services for patients and the hospital. Responsibilities include resolving clinical issues, collaborating with other managers, and ensuring efficient operations. They also work with leadership and Medical Directors to develop, document, and implement policies to optimize patient and staff experiences.
