We are hiring Business Development Sales Representatives in two of our market areas: Minneapolis, MN and Milwaukee, WI
Recycle Technologies is an industry leader in the recycling services of special and universal waste. At Recycle Technologies our goal is to not only increase the amount of recycling in our communities, but to responsibly recycle all of the components we collect so nothing ends up in a landfill.

Business Development Sales Position Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, online marketing, and industry events.
- Build relationships with key industry stakeholders, including general & electrical contractors, facility managers, property managers and brokers.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to showcase our products and services.
- Actively utilize CRM to record activities, ensuring contact details are accurate, duplicates are removed, new information is added and accurate call / visit activities are entered.
- Enter a minimum of 45 opportunities per month into CRM tool.
- Actively participate in regular pipeline reviews, ensuring all CRM records are up to date and critical success factors are identified for key opportunities.
- Achieve sales goals by converting and maintaining a full pipeline.
- Manage your sales activity in the company CRM
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of High school diploma is required.
- 3 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales or Account Management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable means of transportation required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, etc).
