Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Injection Mold Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to maintaining production efficiency while adhering to safety standards.
Duties
- Job Description:
Operate Shredding, Grinding, and Pellet Milling lines in accordance with standard operating procedures, quality procedures, and operator training to meet or exceed productivity requirements and minimize downtime and waste.
Key Responsibilities:
Set-up, troubleshoot and perform proper adjustments to the productions lines and auxiliary equipment to maintain safety, quality and productivity standards.
Keep accurate records and labeling for all designated data entry requirements.
Must maintain product identification at all times.
Maintain clean, safe work area, by being efficient, neat and organized.
Complies with all safety regulations and applies good judgment in safely performing all tasks.
Follows all Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions on which training is provided
Starts/Runs/Ends milling machines following guidelines and process parameters established by management
Ensures that throughout the production run, operating parameters are tuned to maximize machine performance and product quality.
Ensures proper metal detection and magnet equipment operations and clean out as required.
Communicate and work effectively and positively with all co-workers.
Operate Fork Trucks, Platform Trucks and miscellaneous hand tools as necessary.
Regular reliable attendance.
Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor and/or production management.

Pay: $16.74 - $18.12 per hour
