**Position Summary:**

The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in our office by supporting day-to-day operations and assisting with the onboarding process for new employees. This position requires strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:
**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including processing employment applications, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating orientation schedules.
  • Handle daily office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize employee records and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to management and team members as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors in both English and Spanish.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
**Qualifications:**

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
