What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen/Dining Room Help position at Red Mill Manor?
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Kitchen/Dining Room Staff member at our Independent Senior Living Community. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment for our residents, ensuring that every meal service is efficient, enjoyable.
Hours:
- 25 hours per week
- Monday - Friday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Rotational weekends: Saturday & Sunday
Additional flexibility may be required for coverage during sick leave, vacations, or other scheduling adjustments.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down the dining room before and after meals.
- Provide restaurant-style service to residents in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the dining and kitchen areas.
- Collaborate with the Chef to ensure smooth service.
- Provide friendly and attentive service for our residents'.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
