Order Management Specialists are responsible for all aspects of order processing. They verify that orders are correct and accurate for processing. A successful Order Management Specialist will prioritize accuracy and compliance with all sales orders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build up knowledge and competencies in the furniture industry
- Work closely with store retail teams to verify and clarify sales order information
- Review sales orders daily and ensure accuracy
- Make corrections to the sales orders, when necessary
- Work closely with retail teams to correct errors on the sales orders
Requirements:
- Must have an attentive eye for detail and quality work
- Must demonstrate an excellent understanding of customers’ needs / behaviors and also customer specific requirements
- Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
- Strong understanding of standard sales order processes
- Strong time management, organization and solving skills
- Highly motivated, selfreliant and proactive mindset
Other Preferences:
- Experience with Storis
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficient with Dropbox
