Job Overview
As a Camp Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small group of campers through a structured schedule of outdoor education activities. You will ensure that campers feel encouraged, engaged, and excited to learn in a safe, fun environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a group of campers throughout the camp day.
- Facilitate group discussions and team-building exercises.
- Encourage campers to explore, learn, and try new activities.
- Work alongside instructors to provide a smooth camp experience.
- Monitor and ensure camper safety at all times.
