Summary: Seeking Texas based inside and outside sales position inclusive of lead generation, cold calling, account management and growth. Industry leading base salary plus commission.
Requirements and Job Description:
- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Prospecting/lead generation and daily CRM usage to support sales pipeline
- Cold calling both via outbound phone calls and in the field
- Account management with an emphasis on relationship building, providing an exceptional customer experience, and business development
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of the Red River team
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and MS Office skills
