Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest services and maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring that guests receive outstanding service at all times.
- Manage and lead the hotel staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Manage night audit processes as required.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with resort operations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in phone systems and strong phone etiquette is required.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred to enhance communication with diverse guests.
- Experience in managing night audits is an advantage.
