The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO is a critical role that goes beyond traditional administrative tasks, serving as a strategic partner to enhance team performance and support the CEO in achieving organizational goals. This position requires a highly skilled professional who can anticipate needs, manage complex situations, and contribute to the company's success.
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO's schedule, prioritizing commitments and ensuring efficient time management
- Handle critical communications, liaising with senior management, board members, and external stakeholders
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and correspondence for the CEO
- Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts
- Stand in for the CEO during non-critical meetings, making decisions when appropriate
- Serve as a bridge between the CEO and other departments, facilitating smooth communication
- Anticipate needs and preferences of the CEO and team members, addressing potential issues proactively
- Coordinate and assist in organizing team-building initiatives and company events
- Support the senior management team in various capacities to improve overall efficiency
- Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion

- 7 years of experience in executive-level support, preferably for C-Suite executives
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and solve problems independently
- High emotional intelligence and ability to interact confidently with various stakeholders
