Job Description:
In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, conduct market surveys, and manage various leasing tasks, including showing units and facilitating the move-in process for prospective residents. Your duties will include providing daily updates on unit availability, processing rental applications and maintenance requests, and handling collections in alignment with Company standards. You will also be responsible for clerical and phone support, maintaining accurate resident files, and overseeing scheduled move-ins to ensure apartments meet company standards. Additionally, you will address resident concerns, conduct move-out inspections, and escalate any unresolved issues to the Supervisor. Other tasks or duties may be assigned by the Supervisor as needed.
Physical Demands:
The employee will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk; reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands; talk and hear. The employee may occasionally be required to climb. The employee will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Must detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends, as needed.
Attendance/Travel:
This position is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events.

Education:
- High school education or equivalent is required.
- Ability to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and use all on-site resident management software functions.
Professional Experience:
One year of experience in the service industry is preferred.
