Job Overview
We are looking for a Construction Foreman who can fully own their work and ensure efficient supply and logistics organization. This role demands a high sense of responsibility, a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a lot of different environments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, directing workers, and coordinating activities on the construction site.
Responsibilities
- Design and communicate a Plan of the Day to the leadership team and provide daily updates
- Oversee staff (delegating tasks, recognizing merit, and providing disciplinary oversight)
- Manage logistics, such as warehouse organization, material organization, and vehicle maintenance
- Provide skilled labor on daily as needed
