Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Oversee faculty mobilization, and provide pastoral care to TLI's missionary team
- Network with missionaries
- Aid the President in developing and implementing strategies to promote TLI’s vision for global theological training and create strategies for TLI's missions department
- Lead the appointment, onboarding, and pre-field phases of new missionaries, collaborating with staff and local churches to develop care strategies
- Identify and support global opportunities in school planting & administration, teaching, and leadership training
- Conduct quarterly reporting, video conferencing, and 2-3 regular field visits per year to contexts where TLI staff are serving globally
- Represent the department on the TLI Leadership Team and facilitate visits to the TLI Minneapolis office
- Spend 15-20 days per year on domestic travel for fundraising, recruiting, interviews, and meetings
- There is an opportunity to teach 1–2 courses annually at TLI training sites and promote and recruit for the ministry

- Theologically grounded and eager to grow in the knowledge of the Lord
