Key Responsibilities

Team Development & Management
Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing sales executives, setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing coaching.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Relationship Building
Leverage existing industry connections in the commercial HVAC space to drive new business opportunities and partnerships.
Maintain and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
Operational Excellence
Track sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer experience.

Qualifications
10 years of progressive sales experience in the commercial HVAC industry, including leadership roles.
Deep understanding of HVAC technologies, service offerings, and market dynamics.
Proven Sales Track Record
Documented success in meeting or exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue targets.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust client relationships.
Leadership & Management
Prior experience managing and developing sales teams at a regional or national level.

Education
