About the Role

Redblue is seeking an experienced Director of Commercial HVAC Sales to lead and expand our team of sales executives. In this high-impact leadership role , you will drive strategic growth and cultivate profitable relationships within the commercial HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at increasing market share and revenue.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and goal-setting in alignment with organizational objectives.

Team Development & Management

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing sales executives, setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing coaching.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Relationship Building

  • Leverage existing industry connections in the commercial HVAC space to drive new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Maintain and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  • Operational Excellence

  • Track sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer experience.
  • Business Growth & Expansion

  • Identify new markets, service lines, and strategic opportunities for expansion, driving the organization's long-term sales vision.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, large-scale proposals, and account management for high-value clients.
  • Qualifications

  • 10 years of progressive sales experience in the commercial HVAC industry, including leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of HVAC technologies, service offerings, and market dynamics.
  • Proven Sales Track Record

  • Documented success in meeting or exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust client relationships.
  • Leadership & Management

  • Prior experience managing and developing sales teams at a regional or national level.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
  • Other Requirements

  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support regional sales teams.
