What are the responsibilities and job description for the Investor Relations Manager position at Reddit?
Reddit is looking for someone to help support our Investor Relations strategy and initiatives. You will support the Head of Investor Relations in the development and ownership of Reddit’s story to Wall Street and investors around the world while building relationships with analysts, banks, and industry leaders. This role will report directly to the Head of Investor Relations
Responsibilities:
- Support the Investor Relations process including quarterly earnings preparations and analyst and investor meetings and discussions
- Support relationships with long-term investors and sell-side analysts
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop quarterly communication materials for internal and external materials including company and board presentations
- Data analysis, competitive benchmarking, syndicate data reviews, create and manage the company’s consensus model
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of investor relations or similar experience
- Buy-side / sell-side experience a plus
- Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation
- Knowledge of the technology/internet space
- Self-motivated and driven with willingness to learn
- Strong cross functional skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Critical attention to detail
- Comfort with joining / leading calls with external stakeholders
- Outstanding judgment around confidential and/or sensitive information
- Proficient with Excel, Google Docs/Slides/Sheets
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
