Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant/clinical leader to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, fun plastic surgery environment and really change the lives of patients.
Responsibilities:
- See all patients with Dr. Reddy in clinic
-Complete pre and postoperative photography of patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charting and documentation
- Assist with medical administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient information
- Ensure a clean and organized clinical environment
-Assist Dr. Reddy on in-office local procedures
-Ordering implants, garments, and other clinical supplies
- Provide exceptional patient service and address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong patient care skills, including the ability to provide comfort and support to patients
- Familiarity with medical charting and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a plastic surgery setting is a plus
