Responsibilities
- Call all incoming leads scheduling and arranging all appointments
- (minimum 40 calls a day)
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their automotive needs through effective questioning.
- Demonstrate vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest automotive trends, models, and financing options.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professional phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with customers post-sale to encourage repeat business.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with financing options and payment plans.
Skills
- Strong math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and discounts.
- Excellent public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with diverse clientele.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
