Redfin is seeking motivated, licensed real estate agents to work as independent contractor Associate Agents in the Indianapolis Metro Area.
You could make $1000 after completing 5 events within your first 45 days.
Here’s how the Associate Agent role works:
- Associate Agents show homes, host open houses, attend inspections and photo shoots, and do lots of other events with Redfin customers.
- We pay Associate Agents twice a month for the events they do. You can earn up to $45 for touring a single home!
- Our scheduling app, Redfin Agent Tools, makes it easy to control your calendar and keep track of appointments. As an Independent Contractor you will have the freedom to work with customers on your own schedule.
Requirements:
- An active real estate license (must hang exclusively with Redfin)
- An active MLS and Realtor Association membership in Indianapolis (or willingness to acquire these memberships at your own expense)
- A reliable mode of transportation
- A smartphone or device that can access Redfin Agent Tools
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
