Redwood Credit Union is looking for a Community & Social Impact Intern in their Junior or Senior year. The student filling this position will handle a wide range of important duties which include supporting community investment and involvement initiatives designed to inspire hope and elevate the financial well-being of our communities.
Position Responsibilities:
• Foster positive relationships with other Redwood Credit Union employees.
• Scheduling and shadowing meetings with grantees and community partners.
• Supporting social impact storyboarding activities (including planning, writing, and editing of multimedia stories).
• Supporting the planning and execution of RCU’s Day of Impact, which engages RCU team members in a day of community service.
•Providing general support with community event planning for events such as parades, Shred-A-Thons and other events.
•Providing hands-on support at community events as needed. Tasks may include:
o Putting linens on the tables, putting up event signage, pulling promo items/supplies, etc.
•Conduct research and support social impact data gathering and entry as needed.
•Other tasks as assigned.
Position Details
• This position is for a full-time, seasonal internship – 40 hours per week.
• This internship will begin on, June 9, 2025, and end on August 15, 2025 (end date can be modified based on fall college schedule).
• Ability to provide a recent transcript will be required during the interview process.
• This position is not eligible for benefits other than what’s required by law.

$22/hourly
