What We’re Seeking:
We’re seeking a Vice President or Director of Human Resources to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and has recent experience leading and managing all aspects of human resources (HR) for sophisticated, multi-state businesses. This individual must be able to function effectively in a dynamic environment with little supervision and be passionate about joining a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with the company’s growth and business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all HR-related matters.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Manage the compensation and benefits programs and conduct market analysis to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee HR systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead performance management initiatives, incorporating goal setting, feedback cycles, and evaluations.
- Drive continuous improvement through consistent performance feedback.
- Implement leadership development and manager training programs to enhance coaching and team growth.
- Champion our company values and ensure they are reflected in all people practices.
- Foster a positive, engaging work environment that promotes retention.
- Develop and lead employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related fields.
- 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in high-performing, multi-state businesses.
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities; demonstrated ability to earn credibility and influence opinion leaders.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills with an ability to multi-task, prioritize work, manage deadlines, and track deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- High-energy team player that is a self-starter that can work proactively with limited supervision.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
