This position requires a Federal Background check. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. This position requires a proactive approach to custodial duties, with a focus on commercial spaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting in designated areas, and emptying trash.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and ensuring sanitary conditions.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of daily cleaning schedules.
- Reliable Transportation is a must.
Skills
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
