Duties
- Perform regular lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain healthy grass and landscapes.
- Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to carry out groundskeeping duties.
- Conduct routine inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify issues such as pests or diseases and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after each job.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their lawn care needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including tree care and proper mowing techniques.
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- A valid driver's license is preferred for transportation between job sites.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape design and maintenance.
