What This Role Is All About
You'll be the talent scout and booking agent for our podcast, identifying employers with compelling stories and convincing them to share their unique workplace culture with job seekers who are actively looking for great places to work.
Your mission will be to:
- Research potential employer guests who have interesting cultures and job opportunities
- Create persuasive outreach through email, social DMs, and strategic voicemails
- Schedule podcast interviews that highlight what makes each workplace special
- Help employers understand how podcast appearances can enhance their talent attraction
A Day in the Life as Our Podcast Guest Coordinator
Your morning: Research potential podcast guests, looking for employers with unique workplace cultures, interesting benefits, or compelling growth stories. Prepare tailored outreach that explains why sharing their story would connect them with ideal candidates.
Your afternoon: Implement your multi-channel outreach strategy, leaving thoughtful voicemails that complement your written messages. When employers express interest, you'll quickly schedule them for podcast appearances, preparing both them and our host for a productive conversation.
Throughout the day, you're not just booking podcast guests-you're creating platforms for employers to showcase what makes them special and connect with the talent they need to grow.

Compensation & Details
- Part-time position (20 hours/week) with hybrid work arrangement
- Hourly base pay plus performance bonuses for podcast guests scheduled
- 15 days PTO (even as a part-timer!)
- Paid house cleaning service
- Flexible scheduling between our Saint George office at Kiln and remote work
