We’re seeking a detail-oriented, professional Administrative Receptionist to provide exceptional administrative and front-line support. Compensation and Schedule :

  • Compensation :  $17.00 / hour
  • Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM
  • Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire

Role Overview :

As the Administrative Receptionist , you’ll be the cornerstone of the office’s daily operations. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Operating a physical phone system to facilitate internal and external calls.
  • Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately while issuing visitor passes.
  • Providing answers to routine inquiries and relaying messages promptly.
  • Monitoring office and breakroom supply inventory and assisting with supply orders.
  • Supporting HR and administrative projects as needed.
  • Maintaining confidentiality while following company policies and procedures.
  • Performing general clerical duties during downtime.

    • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous office or clerical experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Dependable and punctual with excellent communication skills.
