We are seeking a Technical Support Associate to manage, respond to, and recreate client support tickets. You will be responsible for handling incoming tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and providing efficient support to internal and external users.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and prioritize incoming client support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Recreate reported issues, test solutions, and document troubleshooting steps.
- Provide first-level support for technical issues, coordinating with other teams as needed.
- Regularly update tickets with progress and resolution status.
