Role Overview : As a Master Trainer, you’ll lead the training and development of new instructors, ensuring they deliver exceptional classes that align with the Reformed Pilates method.
Your expertise and mentorship will help shape the future of Reformed Pilates.
What You’ll Do :
Co-lead all Level 1 trainings and pre-test development sessions to prepare trainees for their final test-out.
Oversee the ongoing development of new instructors, providing class observations and 1-on-1 practice hours.
Teach 12-15 hours per week (or 150 hours per quarter), ensuring consistency with Reformed Pilates standards.
Support new studio openings by adjusting teaching hours and assisting with presales efforts.
Conduct weekly check-ins with the Lead Trainer and participate in monthly impact meetings.

The Skills & Experience You’ll Need :
Experience : A minimum of 400 classes taught with previous experience in leadership or mentorship roles preferred.
Education : Reformed Pilates PTT certification required.
Skills : Teaching, leadership, and communication skills.
Availability : Flexible schedule to meet teaching and training needs.
Other Requirements : CPR and first aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
