We are seeking a Customer Account Manager who will be a part of our team that continues to lead the telecommunications field and overall customer tech experience. Our Customer Account Manager will work with customers to explain the products and services available to them in detail, finding the best solutions, and tailoring to their needs. The Customer Account Manager will be knowledgeable in all tech based services that included but not limited to wireless devices, internet services and fiber optics, 5G covered, bundles, upgrades, and more.
The Customer Account Manager will also play a huge part in managing the accounts of our customers as well as servicing our customers with clear communication on the entire sales cycles for all productions. Customer Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our client’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and provide accurate information to our customers
- Acquire new customers by engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and introducing them to suitable services
- Facilitating the completion of all sales and ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Perform a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service, resolving any issues or complaints efficiently and professionally and setting proper delivery and installations expectations if applicable
- Assist with the preparation of sales materials and supporting sales initiatives by managing registration processes and providing logistical assistance
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and contact details to support and provide feedback for the management team
Customer Account Manager Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, account associate, or a similar role is preferred
- Some prior sales related experience is preferred, specifically in an environment with set targets
- A focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Willingness to learnAbility to perform all above responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Knowledge in the telecommunications industry, fiber optics, or tech devices is a plus

Pay: $48,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
