Job Description
Position Summary :
The Employee Services Coordinator is responsible for providing support with the heavy administrative workload of the department. This position is also be responsible for assisting in all HPN audits, approximately 4-5 a month, that focus on Compliance and ADP uploads and with the collection of side attestations. This role manages submitting and tracking Compliance Training for all new hires and temps, which includes uploading Compliance material into ADP for all employees, approximately 10-15 new hires per week and 1600 during Compliance season.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
- Copying of employment applications, new hire orientation packages, leave packets, etc.
- Prepare all bags and materials for new hire orientation.
- Back up for ordering supplies for department.
- Responsible for all filing for department.
- Conduct research on miscellaneous requests from other departments.
- Open daily mail, distribute; route appropriately throughout the day.
- Provide assistance with creating PANs and processing invoices for the Department.
- Run OIG / GSA on all new hires, enter as applicants into Morrissey and then convert to employees when new hire starts (10-15 new hires a week).
- Audit files and manage storage lists.
- Prepare new hire personnel and benefit files on a weekly basis, as well as assist with FMLA and LOA paperwork.
- Assist with special projects.
- Other related duties as assigned
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $23 - $25 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
