Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced High-Precision CNC Machinist Specialist to join our team in Simi Valley, California.
This role will be responsible for completing set-ups with minimal supervision/assistance, responsible for all phases of part operation set-up to achieve first article acceptance, perform and maintain accurate in-process quality inspection and records.

Requirements
At least five (5) years experience in operation set-up on CNC Lathe equipment. Multiple Turret and Multi-Axis's experience, Y / B Axis a plus.
Skilled in the use of indicator, gage, dial bores, and plate inspection methods for first article and in-process inspection of precision machined parts.
Ability to maintain close tolerances (within .0005") of ID's, hold .0005 profile, roundness.
Knowledge of cutting tools feeds, speeds, and inserts tool life for aerospace machining.
