We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Regency at Fremont. As a critical thinker and skilled communicator, you will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, services, and health education to our guests.
- Responsibilities include supervising the care/services provided by the LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members who care for guests.
- Providing safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests is also a key responsibility.
- Assessing the health of guests and notifying the physician of changes in status; promptly implementing new orders is essential.
- The ideal candidate will develop a plan of care based on assessment, and implement nursing care that meets the needs of our guests.
- Contributing to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and the development of a plan of care is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
- CPR certification.
