Position Overview
The Corporate Benefits Specialist will perform a variety of benefits management processes for Regency's managed skilled nursing facilities and for the corporate office. The Corporate Benefits Specialist will be cross trained to do other tasks within the scope of their responsibilities as dictated by the Benefits Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to employees in regards to their insurance coverage
- Review payroll premiums for employees
- Reconcile insurance bills
- Audit dependent verification's
- Oversee FMLA/LOA/ADA policies
- Process Medical Support Notices
- Backup for preparing insurance report for Cost Analysis team
Essential Job Functions

- The candidate must possess superb communication and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task at a high level
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and facility level staff
- Technical competencies to include proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Excel, Word, and Outlook
- The ideal candidate must demonstrate a positive work ethic, must be a team player, and have a willingness to add knowledge and skills to the department
- Experience in basic accounting principles
Education:
- High school diploma is required
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred
