We are seeking a full-time Client Engagement Specialist/Coordinator to join our growing team of professionals in our North Raleigh location. Our ideal candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have a passion for the beauty industry. Our Specialists are responsible for providing superior customer service and sales in all aspects of the Medical Spa and to ensure that clients receive a memorable experience. Additionally, as a team, we work hard and support each other collaboratively in all aspects of our organization. Our work family cares for one another in a loving and respectful environment.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Fielding and efficiently answering all incoming phone calls educating clients on all med spa related services and products.
- Providing administrative support with use of web-based software for scheduling, payment processing, and intra-office communications in relation to all services, sales, and VIP Membership Program.
- Up-selling, cross-selling and sales of cosmeceuticals, services, packages, and VIP Memberships.
Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 1 years in spa/salon setting, dermatology, or physician's office, and/or 2 years sales or customer service-related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver stellar customer service
- Competent computer software skills required
- Be a team player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Maintain a polished, professional image and pristine work environment
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift (up to 20-pound range) and perform the physical requirements of role
Schedule:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:45 am - 6:15 pm
- Friday: 8:45 am - 5:15 pm
- Saturday (2 per month): 9:45 am - 5:15 pm
OFF on Sunday and Monday!
