Essential Functions
The Administrative Coordinator is an administrative position that works under the general direction of the PIHP Network Manager on provider network management activities related to the provider organizations that deliver public services for mental health and substance use disorders in the counties of Genesee, Lapeer, Sanilac, and St. Clair and their contract agencies. An employee at this level is required to perform some or all of the following duties, which do not include all tasks to be performed:
· Oversight and coordination of designated Provider Network Management projects and tasks
· Serve as the main point of contact between the PIHP and its network of service providers
· Coordinate SUD Network Meetings
· Development and maintenance of identified service provider contracts, renewals and amendments
· Develop and manage contract monitoring processes
· Coordinate procurement activities
· Conduct pre-delegation assessments
· Develop and manage provider manual
· Coordinate contract monitoring site visits for SUD network
· Research and provide recommendations on developing, managing, and improving administrative processes and tasks
· Research and provide clarification on state and federal contract requirements and standards
· Participate in the PIHP Provider Network Committee, Privileging & Credentialing Committee, and internal Provider Network Department Team meetings
· Participate in regional and/or statewide committees and workgroups
· Complete and submit CARF (or other accreditation agencies) Provider Inquiries as requested
· Other tasks as assigned
