What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resource Generalist position at Region Iv Family Outreach Inc?
The Human Resources Generalist provides oversight, consultation and monitoring of Family Outreach employees to meet department needs, adhere to employment regulations, and follow agency policies. The HRG recruits new employees and provides ongoing training to existing employees. The HRG works to address employee performance and relations issues, as well as answer questions about benefits and agency policy.
- The necessary knowledge and abilities for this position are typically acquired through a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Applicant must have completed at least one (1) year of human resources or related on the job experience. Other combinations of education and experience will be considered on an individual basis.
- Applicant must obtain and maintain training certifications for First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, MANDT Instructor, DDP Incident Management Investigation, and DOJ/CRISS background check credentialing (Family Outreach will sponsor the relevant trainings).
- Applicant must possess a valid Montana driver’s license or obtain one within the first month of employment.
- Applicant must have access to reliable transportation.
- Applicants must successfully complete a background check.
