Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee accounting processes, including account and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Process and reconcile daily deposits with billing software.
- Handle accounts payable, including entry and timely payment of invoices.
- Administer bi-weekly payroll for employees through Primepoint software and record payroll transactions in QuickBooks.
- Serve as a liaison with third-party billing company to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Maintain accurate journal entries and adjusted trial balance.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, providing actionable insights.
- Monitor revenue streams to ensure accurate tracking and optimize financial performance.
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze financial variances, monitor performance, and provide forecasts.
- Collaborate with tax accountants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management, with a preference for healthcare-related experience.
- Proficiency in accounting practices, financial planning, and regulatory reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and familiarity with payroll systems like Primepoint.
