This role is accountable for managing a team responsible for Quality Assurance (QA) testing and automation processes and procedures. Key responsibilities include:
- Manages the direction and selection of frameworks, tools, setups, and strategies
- Oversees the testing, scalability, and capacity requirements, leads test planning and scripting, and establishes priorities and monitors progress and budget
- Collaborates with business leaders/stakeholders and provides advanced guidance in needs discovery and developing strategic plans to address issues
