Job Description:
At Regions, the Human Resources Operations Analyst provides administrative, analytical, and reporting support for programs and/or processes within the Human Resources aligned Centers of Expertise (COE’s). This position builds strong relationships with managers and partners to drive successful outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
Assists with the administration of platforms and execution of operational programs and/or processes
Creates monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports for metrics; maintains analytics dashboards
Assists with interpreting, analyzing results and providing insights to managers to determine operational impact, trends and opportunities
Contributes to the coordination of and updates to associate collateral and communications
Partners with managers to operationalize and onboard new programs and processes and is an active participant in the planning process
Processes informational and other confidential forms and records
Monitors department and program email boxes
May support programs and/or processes related to regulatory compliance and collaborate with related teams and/or associates (e.g. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), etc.)
Resolves or escalates associate questions and requests
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED and six (6) years of experience in Human Resources or related field
Or Bachelor’s degree in related field and two (2) years of experience in Human Resources or related field
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) (e.g. Workday)
Experience working with analytical software (e.g. PowerBI, Cognos, etc.) or data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
Preferences
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Knowledge of project management best practices
Skills and Competencies
Ability to exercise good judgement concerning confidential information
Ability to learn additional systems as needed
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks and deadlines
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
Interpersonal skills
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to assigned programs and/or processes (e.g. ADA)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office Tuesday through Thursday. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense.
Additional Preferences:
At least two years experience in high volume disability case management to include: facilitating the interactive process and evaluating accommodation requests under the ADA.

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
Job Range Target:
Minimum: $54,117.80 USD
Median: $69,680.00 USD
