We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant with some Property Manager experience for multi-family rental properties. This position requires working knowledge of computers programs including the Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenant relations.
  • Coordinate all aspects of business meetings and events. Review and respond to correspondence and draft appropriate responses.
  • General administrative support and other duties as assigned.
  • Manage expenses and prepare reports with receipts and other forms of documentation. 
  • Assist in managing all aspects of a building’s occupancy and maintenance.
  • Communicate with tenants regarding property-related issues.
  • Coordinates with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs.
  • Collaborates with the property management team to produce advertising materials.
  • Maintain organized and updated resident files and records.
  • Oversee purchases, expenditures, vendor contracts, tenant relations, leasing, and capital improvements.
  • Prepare real estate documentation, licensing agreements, and maintains files for reporting.
  • Administer lease agreements to ensure smooth operations, maintenance, and repairs of leased facilities.
Qualifications
  • 3 yrs. Multi-Family Rental Property Management experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles
  • CAM License preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Section 8 experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Creative problem solving and practical time management skils
