Responsibilities
- Maintain assigned billable hours per week to ensure service delivery and organizational goals are met.
- Participate in collaborative meetings with Rehabilitation Services staff, other agencies, or community and natural supports as needed.
- Provide expert mental health counseling for both children and adults, utilizing a client-centered approach.
- Deliver therapeutic services that are strength-based and solution-focused in home and community-based settings.
- Utilize computer systems for documentation and billing purposes, with training provided if necessary.
- Document services provided regularly, concisely, and completely in accordance with clinical standards by office deadlines.
- Attend supervision meetings, trainings, and case management/staffing meetings as scheduled by a Licensed Mental Health Professional.
- Respond promptly to phone calls and emails to maintain effective communication.
- Adhere to all safety rules and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Complete all required continuing education hours as mandated by the appropriate licensing board.
- Actively participate in evaluations conducted by Rehabilitation Services.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Sociology.
- Possession of one of the following licensures: PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW, or CSW.
