What You'll Do :
Manage and grow therapy services while providing hands-on patient care.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing rehab team.
Oversee department operations, staffing, and compliance.
Build relationships with hospital staff, patients, and the local community.
What You Bring :
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
5 years of experience preferred , including leadership roles.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
