Rekall Technologies is an MSP based in New Jersey supporting small and medium businesses throughout the nation. Rekall is looking to fill a helpdesk support position. This is a 9am to 5pm EST in-office position with after-hours requirements. Day to day will be supporting small to medium businesses with Office 365, hardware, software, email, and other IT related issues.
Experience Required
- IT Trade School Degree
- A Certified
- Network Certified
- Customer Service
- Apple & Android Support
- Desktop Support
- Basic understanding of networking
- Basic understanding of desktops
- Experience supporting end users on the phone and face-to-face
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
